The first chapters of Genesis explain why we need salvation. Man was created in God's image and was designed to rule the earth. But Adam failed God and surrendered his dominion to Satan. From that point, man was doomed to the same destiny as the devil himself.
But God had a plan to redeem man from this fallen condition, called sin. He sent a second Adam (Jesus), who took the judgment of the first Adam (I Corinthians 15:45) by his death on the cross. Jesus paid the price for our sins!
“For God so love the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth; and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6)
Ask Jesus to come into your heart today, and be made free from the judgment of sin!
